The majority of clinical cases of dental implants at Propdental dental clinic are patients who come to us for one tooth, for several teeth or to have the whole mouth rehabilitated with dental implants and fixed teeth on the same day.
In the photos we can see the clinical case of the implant of one sole tooth with which to replace the central incisor.
As you can see in the images, with a titanium dental implant and zirconium prostheses upon the implant it is possible to recover the dental aesthetic of the anterior sector.
We recommend zirconium for prostheses on implants which we design and manufacture by computer using cadcam dental technology.
Zirconium, as material of maximum biocompatibility, allows us to provide fixed teeth of insuperable aesthetic and 100% natural appearance.
Dental implants restoration
On many occasions, the patients who come to us at Propdental dental clinics present a lack of several teeth, requiring a prosthetic rehabilitation which is not only cosmetic but also functional. In the images you can see the clinical case of an anterior cosmetic rehabilitation with several dental implants.
In this clinical case we used two titanium implants in the central incisors to replace, with one zirconium prosthesis, the four central incisors.
Respecting the criteria of preservation of the papilla defined by Tarnow in 92, we have achieved maximum natural appearance of the fixed teeth and their integration with the gum of the patient.
Full mouth implant restoration
In the photos we can see the clinical case of a total lack of teeth that as been treated in our dental clinic with full mouth implant restoration. We used one day implant technique under sedation
The patient attends the Barcelona dental clinics for dental implants throughout the whole mouth. We proceed, under dental sedation, to insert 6 dental implants in the upper maxilla and 6 dental implants in the lower maxilla.
For this total rehabilitation we use one zirconium prosthesis on the dental implants to achieve 100% natural teeth.
